Eligibility

If you'd like to apply for an American Medical Security health insurance plan today, you must be a member in good standing of the Taxpayers Network Inc. (TNI) Association, age 18 or older and under age 65. All applicants must meet the insurer's underwriting requirements and be U.S. citizens or be in the U.S. by a valid permanent visa or green card. A copy of the visa or green card is required. Your dependents who wish to have coverage must be a lawful spouse and/or unmarried child or grandchild of the applicant and under the age of 25.
